How do I book my facials and which ones are included?
Book online, by phone, or in-spa. Your membership includes any 30-min ('The Essential') or 60-min ('The Indulgence') facial listed on this page.
Don't worry about choosing—your esthetician will personalize your treatment every single visit based on your skin's real-time needs.

What happens if I miss a month?
No stress. If you miss a month, your facial credit automatically rolls over. You can use rolled-over credits for:
- A future facial
- Electrolysis permanent hair removal treatments
- Skincare products
Credits are valid for 12 months as long as your membership is active.

How does the billing work?
Your membership renews automatically every 30 days with your card on file. There is a 3-month minimum to help you build a consistent routine and see real results. After that, you can cancel anytime, no penalties.

How do I cancel my membership?
After the 3-month minimum, you can cancel anytime via your online portal or by contacting us. Your benefits and any unused credits remain active until the end of your final billing cycle, so we highly recommend using them up!
